1. Actually go outdoors during the day and sungaze just for a few seconds. I prefer taking a few deep breaths as i soak up the sun.
Can’t make it outdoors, go to the nearest window, close your eyes and allow the sun to warm your face.
Wear something yellow. You'd be surprised how a color can change your mood as well as others around you.

Lastly, always remember that the Sun is shining somewhere!
